Kerrie O' Brien is a photographer working with digital and 35mm film. A selection of her work from the series 'City Light' recently featured in The Bohemyth.
Her photograph 'Letting Go: Selling my Great-Grandmother's Home' featured in the 2017/18 Arrival Exhibition in the Municipal Gallery of DLR Lexicon, curated by Gemma Tipton in association with Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council.
Two of her photographs were exhibited as part of Take Heart Pop Up 2018 in aid of Dublin Rape Crisis Centre and her photograph 'Rituals' featured in Spontaneity. Her work has also featured in The Guardian and two issues of Pidgeon Holes Press.
In 2018 she was commissioned for three portraits for the Local Heroes Project by Dublin Culture Connects in association with Dublin City Council, which were exhibited in Dublin City Hall. Her work recently featured in the Inside, Out exhibition as part of the PhotoIreland Festival 2019 and the Something About Mary exhibition in the Copper House Gallery curated by Rosita Sweetman. She was the featured photographer for the Winter 2019/2020 edition of Reading Ireland.
